Switch between Agent’s windows

CallGuide Agent’s main window is regarded as one of several separate windows. The other separate windows, seen in the list below, can be attached to CallGuide Agent’s main window. If more than one of these separate windows are open, you can switch between them using the following keyboard commands:

CtrlAltMSwitch to CallGuide Agent’s main window

CtrlQ Open/view/update queue status window

CtrlShiftY Open/view Overview personal call records

CtrlAltC Switch to chat window opened when you log in to the service for incoming chat.

In separate sections you find all shortcut commands you can use in CallGuide Agent and also a description of how you with operator access rights can use the numeric keypad.
